-For feral NSFW, I will only draw fantasy/mythical creatures (creatures that are NOT real) like MLP ocs, dragons, chimeras, etc. I will NOT draw animals that exist in real life and cannot give consent.

TERMS OF SERVICE (T.O.S)

GeneralI use Procreate and Clip Studio Paint as my art program. Please provide clear references. No references will be a significantly increase price (Depending in complexity) due to time it takes make from scratch. Please be concise (clear) and specific with what you want. Any ill behavior will not be accepted and your commission will be canceled. I reserve the right to refuse any commission for whatever reason.

Those who are allowed are myself, the commissioner or owner of the character. The artist (which is me) holds every right to the produced drawing, NOT the commissioner. Therefore I am allowed to post it anywhere I wish to, Display it anywhere, Promote myself with it anywhere. The commissioner (which is you) are allowed to use the copyrighted artwork for personal use only unless discussed otherwise. You are allowed to post it with proper credit given to the artist.

Payment/Canceling/Refund PolicyPayments I take currently is PayPal and CashApp. I take payments up front or via payment plan. I wont begin your commission until I receive payment in full. You can cancel and receive a refund back if I have NOT started your drawing. I DO NOT offer refunds once I start the drawing UNLESS there is a really good reason such as emergencies (with proof provided) or I am unable to complete your commission due to IRL matters. I will give you a refund for stages of art I have not completed.
